I've worked in television and radio most of my life. The supposed "alien shape shifting" is merely pixelation caused by either the transfer from analogue to digital formats. Or other modern ones are caused by pixelation in the camera itself. I do believe in extraterrestrials. But, this shape shifting has a logical explanation.
