  • Just catching up on my video watching since being back from vacation and you are doing awesome, Chris! Looking forward to November goals! Cross your fingers for me too.

  • Still following your progress, seems like your going strong. I would be skeptical about the bicep workout, and upping your calories. 3000 cals seems a little high for your current weight, and you seem to be on track with your cuurent workout. Just be careful the weight your putting on is lean muscle and not to much fat. Keep going! looking strong so far.

  • According to various formulas, in order to maintain my weight I need to take in around 1900 calories a day. If that's true, then to gain one pound a week I'd need to be eating about 2400 calories a day . . . to gain two pounds I'd nee around 2800. I think I'll be on the safe side and shoot for 3,000 cals and if that brings me 2+ pounds a week then all the better! As far as gaining fat goes, it's going to happen. I want most of it to be lean, but accept the fact I'll eventually have to cut.
