I bought one from Target over a month ago. It's the New York 11 inch Saute Pan. I love it. It IS non-stick. I have even melted cheese with it and had very little problem cleaning it up. I'm very happy with my pan. I use it every day to saute, cook eggs, pasta... anything! I don't understand how you all had problems with them. Maybe you used metal utensils or scratched it up some other way. I have not had one problem at all. It's awesome.
Very misleading. The nonstick coating wears out after several uses and everthing sticks much worse than any other pan I've used. My frying pan is useless as I am unable to get the bottom of the pan clean. Very unhappy with this product!
These pans are really crappy, they stick a lot when it comes to cooking. I tried cooking a steak on the 12 inch frying pan without oil and it nearly welded onto the pan. If you want good nonstick, stick to the old kind with some sort of scratch resistance in the nonstick.
we bought the whole set of these green pans and they are NOT nonstick, it's a scam, a lot of money for pans that stain easily and everything sticks to them, have to scrub them clean,...literally. not a good purchase at all... we ended up purchasing a frying pan at walmart for $12.00 and we LOVE it more than the over priced green pans.

They're crap. I wound up throwing mine out. So much for being "green". They will soon be in a landfill!
