Sounds very real to me after listening to stories from my brother Who raised six foster kids. Some of the things that happens to the kids just doesn't make sense at all. Why they do certain things .....For eg. take a kid back to his mother who is turning tricks and shooting up every night boggles the mind. Then after you've raised these kids practically since they were babies they aren't even allowed to visit you after they leave. The social workers I'm sure can see the craziness in the system.

Yes, quit because of fear of making a mistake that results in a child suffering or even dieing (why do they have the option of quitting, there should be accountability?) and what about the lives destroyed from making mistakes to innocent families that are broken up needlessly? is the answer just quit? NO it's being held to account !

CPS will never work properly until there is accountability...

why not show the innocent kids screaming for their parebnts as they are dragged out of a home? the things that their so called ethics code are fairy tale as they dont do any of them at all. For the workers who do the right thing, and save the kids that need it good for you.

Sadly its the HIDDEN Senior Social Worker who is supposed to be anonymous therefore never in contact with victim therefore justified in any action they see fit to send the trainees out on. Mine made mistake of breaching all own protocol, rules, ignored Court Directives, ordered a legal kidnap in which innocents "SUFFERED EMOTIONAL ABUSE" She made me suffer for faxing it all to Judge but SHE is not the powerful one, Thats me.

This is what is wrong with the child welfare system, all the good people who have a conscious and are aware that what they are doing is wrong. will quite!! All the "powermad, thugs, criminal and terrorist stay, they get off bullying people and having all that power. The way to beat these bastards is the same way I have been beating the child support terrorist, learn the law and use it against them.

The really don't know the law and if you have to, get the feds involved. That scares them!!!

yeah until the social workers rout out all the bad ones none of them wil be respected for what they do the pool of victims affected by curupt child protection wrokers is larger and cuaseing more abuse and neglect then it stops!

YOU MUST BE A SOCIAL WORKER OR CLOSELY RELATED. yes, there are good workers out there but they are far and few between.if you are a social worker-help children and parents. don't just do what you are told. expose the systems weaknesses so we can better serve those in need of true help.
