In the last part, I couldn't help but think that when the icecream machine first stops working, and she says, "oh, no - it won't go in or out! oonh!" I just have to wonder how the true voice sounds! Hopefully less porn-starish :)

Why are the Iron Chefs such idiots about "curry powder"? They do know that there is no "curry powder" in Indian cuisine, that it's better to use the spices individually, right?

So when it comes to "curry powder" ice cream.....the guy could have just used the cardamom (ilaichi) alone and it would have been awesome. But "curry powder" forces you to accept cumin and turmeric and crap

You're supposed to press and roll to grind the spices. It comes out amazing. Machine grinder doesn't taste the same.

it doesn't matter. Sakai is using the spices to provide flavour on a roast or boil so you don't get to taste the texture.

@4ray i have it at my home,it much bigger than the iron chef use...

it old & i don't use it anymore but i still keep it because i have a great memory with my grandmother when i was a child.....:-)
