Thanks for the video but is she guilty of employing an illegal worker or guilty of not keeping copies? What exactly is unlawful? The BBC are agreeing with her that it is "only" a photocopying incident and the fact that the worker WAS actually illegal is irrelevent. What the hell is going on? BBC: "Lady Scotland's error - and breach of the law - was not to make any copies." Is it because they can't actually fine anyone for the act of employing someone illegal? Very confused.
