Look, this argument needs to stop... I was there.. The presense of God was definitely moving powerfully. But that conference did have a purpose. Everyone left there that night still singing this song. God's presense was not removed... So just stop the arguing. Honestly, how can we expect ourselves to reach the world if all the world sees in us is this.... Us fighting against ourselves. It's sad really.

Ok this is a response to all the complaints about "stopping" the anointed worship. 1. God commands orderly worship in the church so allowing everyone to go with no direction is not Biblical. 2. If this is true anointed worship just because someone starts praying on a microphone doesn't mean they have to stop worshiping. 3. They could have let that go on all night but what is the benefit of that? It's an amazing thing but we also worship God with how we live our lives not just our songs.
I don't see how some people are saying the guys at the end ruined it... They just started praying. No one told the audience to stop singing. No one told the Spirit to go away... I've been to IHOP, and man!! The Presence of God is there and people are experiencing it in their own way for hours after the music stops, after the sermon is over.... God is the author of time... Jesus died for our mistakes. We are called to love one another. Be blessed everyone! The End.

It always feels uneasy when worship has to "end" because of time constraints and curfews, etc. It just shows how we have been given a desire and longing to worship God forever. I know I wish I could have kept singing "Let it rain!" over and over and over for days. In Heaven, I will. :)

very powerful songs, i watched it many times and i feel the presence of God and i heard the people they are singing in their hearts, they are filled with the holy spirit. Be filled with the holy spirit is awesome, just go to the flow, surrender all and lifted up all unto Him, cry out and everything will follow, your tears, your sentiments, your worries, all will get away and you will develop the confidence in Christ that in all things we can do through Christ.

wow, its wonderful that the people were worshiping on their own. not just the musicians and worship leaders, but all of God's children. They allowed the Holy Spirit to move through them. A worship leader once told me that they couldn't wait for the day when they weren't needed, when God's people would just worship the Lord with all their hearts, when there was no need for someone to lead them, but for the Holy Spirit to lead. This video is a glimps of that. :)
Awesome! Wow God's presence is so good. I love this song, not because of it's melody or it's sound, but because I believe this to be one of God's favorite prayers to hear flow out of the mouth's of his children. "Open the Flood Gates of Heaven" To hear his children call out and long to be in the presence and Glory of their almighty father, because God longs so much to be with his children, he longs for visitation. Awesome!

@Jburn3 Justin Rizzo is actually one of the most humble and meek worship leaders you could meet, what you don't see over these videos is the countless hours he put in as an usher over the course of the conference, I saw him serving diligently with my own eyes, I actually got really inspired haha...
He does have a look that can be deceiving in this video though, I can see why you thought that... But I can definitely testify that he isn't like that at all. :)
God surpasses our logic. Our minds and our thinking will never be able to even begin to grasp Gos and His love. Trying to explain God is like an ant trying to explain human civilization. God is too big and too powerful; of course it doesn't make sense to our "logic" because we are not used to seeing the bigger picture, just our little circumstances we're in and trying to justify our actions. But in the end, you're still going to stand before God.

@BeTheAwakened What you said is a classic Christian response. It's the same from every Christian, for most part. Actually it wasn't the people around me that caused emotional trick. It happened at night, alone in my bed. I awoke up from a dead sleep with the holy spirit on me. I cried out loud b/c the holy spirit was showing me my sins. I was a christian at the time so of course I called it the holy spirit. Now that I look at it from a distance. All it was emotions and energy.

He went in for heart surgery because he had a hole in his heart then came out without surgury cuz the doctors could not find the hole's. so please prove to me

I watch this video every morning for 5 days & yesterday it actually rained! It's Summer! Maybe coincidence, but a sign to me.
When I first heard this song I was angry that the worship was cut off. If that was U, congrats cuz you desire the Glory. Seek the Glory!
However, if you are one who understands that every worship service has to come to an end and you're glad you were able to receive congrats cuz you are displaying the fruit of the spirit. Your awesome!
The most beautiful thing is to hear the poeple keep singing to God after you have stopped. No one leading them, they just willingly keep lifting up their creator. What a beaufitul sound!

yea when the worship was cut off i got pretty mad and fustrated it was cause of time i guess. theres a big alrarm looking type of clock directly across the stage to tell the worship leaders to end. i bet when gilman and every one stoped that meant the clock stoped as well but every one was still worshiping. so that dude comes and does a times out thing and saids the section was over and people can leave. it was a buzz kill belive me.
this dude was my favorite dude singer at the conference. the songs he sang were my favorite out of the relm of ihop but it had there touch freestyle or profetic singing in it. sweet

I am sure the worship leader felt in his heart to let HIS people sing. I know when I teach a Friday or Sunday class my message changes almost completely everytime now. My notes are just their and the spirit follows through me.. not busting just giving you an example. TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY. AMEN!

I was at onething this year, it was the last song of a worship set that lasted close to 90 minutes, and it was the end of the night. They have to wrap it up somehow.
This song is by a worship band called Pocket Full of Rocks. It's a really cool song. It has a verse and this chorus and thats it. It's an intense song. Brings you right into the throne room of God every time.
Haha I was there for that it was soo cool!! Matt Gilman was trying to end it so they could go on with the sermon, but we just kept going!! The presence of God was just soo tangible there, we were so caught up in Him, we could have gone on like that all night!

It always feels uneasy when worship has to "end" because of time constraints and curfews, etc. It just shows how we have been given a desire and longing to worship God forever. I know I wish I could have kept singing "Let it rain!" over and over and over for days. In Heaven, I will. :)

wow, its wonderful that the people were worshiping on their own. not just the musicians and worship leaders, but all of God's children. They allowed the Holy Spirit to move through them. A worship leader once told me that they couldn't wait for the day when they weren't needed, when God's people would just worship the Lord with all their hearts, when there was no need for someone to lead them, but for the Holy Spirit to lead. This video is a glimps of that. :)

Awesome! Wow God's presence is so good. I love this song, not because of it's melody or it's sound, but because I believe this to be one of God's favorite prayers to hear flow out of the mouth's of his children. "Open the Flood Gates of Heaven" To hear his children call out and long to be in the presence and Glory of their almighty father, because God longs so much to be with his children, he longs for visitation. Awesome!

@Jburn3 Justin Rizzo is actually one of the most humble and meek worship leaders you could meet, what you don't see over these videos is the countless hours he put in as an usher over the course of the conference, I saw him serving diligently with my own eyes, I actually got really inspired haha...
He does have a look that can be deceiving in this video though, I can see why you thought that... But I can definitely testify that he isn't like that at all. :)

God surpasses our logic. Our minds and our thinking will never be able to even begin to grasp Gos and His love. Trying to explain God is like an ant trying to explain human civilization. God is too big and too powerful; of course it doesn't make sense to our "logic" because we are not used to seeing the bigger picture, just our little circumstances we're in and trying to justify our actions. But in the end, you're still going to stand before God.

Jesus died for our sins so that we could become a new person, and what makes us new people is God's love. LOVE. GOD IS LOVE. Love plays a huge part in who God is. And love is an emotion, but God is much more than emotions...He is life-changing, He is fulfilling...He is the reason I quit doing drugs, He's the reason I'm a new person. He's the reason I live, I now live for something much greater than this. Feel God's love!

@BeTheAwakened What you said is a classic Christian response. It's the same from every Christian, for most part. Actually it wasn't the people around me that caused emotional trick. It happened at night, alone in my bed. I awoke up from a dead sleep with the holy spirit on me. I cried out loud b/c the holy spirit was showing me my sins. I was a christian at the time so of course I called it the holy spirit. Now that I look at it from a distance. All it was emotions and energy.

In your case Satan has simply gone out of his way to blind you to the truth. Probably, his agenda for you is/was bigger than for other believers because GOD'S IS TOO!

I watch this video every morning for 5 days & yesterday it actually rained! It's Summer! Maybe coincidence, but a sign to me.
When I first heard this song I was angry that the worship was cut off. If that was U, congrats cuz you desire the Glory. Seek the Glory!
However, if you are one who understands that every worship service has to come to an end and you're glad you were able to receive congrats cuz you are displaying the fruit of the spirit. Your awesome!

Dude this was going on for several hours. Bartol Hall(where this was held) was only allowed to be used till midnight. That is why they had to bring it to a close ok. Brian Kim is not a "buddy" of mine, ok, and anyone can see that he hated to have to interupt. He waited like several minutes but eventually he had to bring it to a close. I think he did the most reverent thing possible under such circumstances. If "Ihop ppl" are just religious, undiscerning and decieved why did the Holy Spirit show up at an event like this anyway?

Not many non Christians would.. anyways just wanted to say that "Truth divorced from experience leaves one in a realm of doubt" with that being said, I encourage you to seek an experience with this God, His existence cannot be denied when you seek Him whole heartedly as these people are in this video =)

yea when the worship was cut off i got pretty mad and fustrated it was cause of time i guess. theres a big alrarm looking type of clock directly across the stage to tell the worship leaders to end. i bet when gilman and every one stoped that meant the clock stoped as well but every one was still worshiping. so that dude comes and does a times out thing and saids the section was over and people can leave. it was a buzz kill belive me.

I am sure the worship leader felt in his heart to let HIS people sing. I know when I teach a Friday or Sunday class my message changes almost completely everytime now. My notes are just their and the spirit follows through me.. not busting just giving you an example. TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY. AMEN!

Please view what you encounter in this video in the light of the whole of the OneThing Conference and make a decision to be a forerunner at heart and in practice. A forerunner looks foreward, his pain and action plan is in the fact that so many still do not follow Jesus. And that is what moves the Spirit also, not the way we handle a worship service.

This song is by a worship band called Pocket Full of Rocks. It's a really cool song. It has a verse and this chorus and thats it. It's an intense song. Brings you right into the throne room of God every time.

Haha I was there for that it was soo cool!! Matt Gilman was trying to end it so they could go on with the sermon, but we just kept going!! The presence of God was just soo tangible there, we were so caught up in Him, we could have gone on like that all night!
