Well, you could always purchase the 50mm f/1.8? Fantastic lens, with beautiful shallow DOF for just around 80 quid?

@TheOpticFilms My friend has an L lens and it looks beautiful. The glass is fast and everything is crisper. I will probably get one this summer. I will likely also get a 10mm fisheye.
