The law of thermodynamics says that free energy is not possible, but that does not appear to be so with a wide number of similar technologies. You fail to understand my point. He starts with water, breaks it into his "wonder gas," and gets water out in the end. If you start with X, and get X back in the end, you can have no *net gain* in energy from a closed system.

2. The ocean absorbs heat from the sun, and that heat is radiated from the ocean, powering the hurricane.

the governments aren't willing to transition to fast. Theres way to much money to be lost. instead they'll bleed all the oil dry. the inflation calculated with the estimated time they say the oil will last. normal electrolysis creates H2 gas and O2 gas, this process is unique because it makes H2O into a special HHO gas. Even though it has the same molecular structure, it has the effects of burning Hydrogen gas and the stable state of liquid H2O (it'll probably change back if it's not in a special case too)
