"I don't understand the naysayers. I'm no physicist; just an avg guy with hardly any knowledge"
I think this was where you should have stopped . There is a little problem with this 'scamvention', and the problem is called friction. It takes more energy to produce the Flame then it produces. Hint: How is he seperating the energy from the water? See science 101 and STFU.
WhoA! STFU? :) Why the gratuitous remark? All I wanted was an opinion; an exchange. I did say I wasn't a scientist. How about you go read a primer on "MANNERS 101" You could use it. One big possibility is, of course, you're just a teenager or a very immature young man. I'm hoping you're not a scientist & just one of the many smart-asses online with a foul mouth. Oh and be quiet if you have nothing constructive to say ;)
look, this is a scam. It takes about 2 minutes to research this scam online. Instead, people line up to believe in "free energy". Unreal. Sorry if I offended you, but people believing unscientific nonsense grates on my nerves.
Greg, I'll be honest like I was b4 I don't believe or disbelieve as BELIEF has nothing to do with it IMHO. But thx for your warning. I have taken it into MUCH consideration as I haven't done a thing :) Not offended, just didn't expect the response. Sorry for my ignorance. I just wanted help/feedback and boy did I get it... hehe ;)
Oh and it's not really FREE. You'll always need electricity or some kind of gadget from my own disadvantaged vantage position :) Nikola Tesla had some ideas which I believe the US government has implemented; like HAARP, for ex. What a brilliant man he was! No hard feeling s though. I'm glad you said what you did cause it woke up my critical thinking. These guys out here trying to sell their "papers" are NOT Tesla ;)
Another "free energy" scam from the scientifically illiterate. What a bunch of crap. His "unique" electrolysis process converts electrical energy into hydrogen and oxygen. There is nothing in the slightest new or unique about that.
I wonder how long before this technology is bought (by some organization who has a vested interest in keeping us addicted to oil) and filed away with the other energy sources that have been invented. Unfortunately, our world runs on oil. Wall Street panics when the price fluctuates. I remember the apparent oil shortage of the 70's and the long lines and gas rationing that came with it. I also remember the energy sources that were invented as a direct result that were never brought to light.
There's no such thing as a free lunch. He has to put more energy into electrolysis than he gets out in the flame. You can't beat the laws of thermodynamics.
I don't know how he does it but it CAN be done and deemed 'free energy' -- Stanley Meyer's cell put out more energy than it received as T. Henry Moray's--the key is to give the technology away and not try to patent and sell it--this way it will actually see the light of day!
Again, you cannot defeat the laws of thermodynamics. He inserts energy into the system via electrolysis, which is released when the mixture is burned. No surprise, and no free lunch.
Again, that depends on quantifying and how one quantifies the amount of energy input and output. The law of thermodynamics says that free energy is not possible, but that does not appear to be so with a wide number of similar technologies. Certainly, more info would have to be learned about this guys process.
If you think there are processes that break the laws of thermodynamics I've got a bridge to sell you...
I doubt even this kook says he's breaking the laws of thermodynamics. Even with his insane "magnecules."
Lets see him submit some papers for peer review in a respected scientific journal. Then perhaps I'll give some weight to his claims. Without real evidence, it's just "vaporware."
How much energy do you put into building an atomic bomb vs. how much do you get out of it? Where do you draw the line between atomic physics and chemistry? In a classroom? That's usually where its drawn, and then the childish infighting ensues between physicists and chemists, very scientific behavior, like little boys on the school yard. And its amazing how "respected journals" can act like filters.
BTW how does a hurricane gain energy being over water?
You fail to understand my point. He starts with water, breaks it into his "wonder gas," and gets water out in the end. If you start with X, and get X back in the end, you can have no *net gain* in energy from a closed system.
Respected journals act like filters because that's precisely what they exist for; to filter the wheat from the chaff of scientific thought.
A hurricane is, in effect, an enormous vertical heat engine. Warm ocean waters contribute energy to the system.
There's no closed system, we're not in a vacuum. There's oxygen all around. But let's say somehow he released a small amount of energy in the water's matter. Did someone measure precisely the amount of water left over? You're assuming exactly the same amount of water results which you have no evidence for.
the governments aren't willing to transition to fast. Theres way to much money to be lost. instead they'll bleed all the oil dry. the inflation calculated with the estimated time they say the oil will last. Means the rich will be richer and the poor poorer. I don't see a big change over the next hundred years as far as mainstream dependence from oil. If you look up these oil companies their digging new holes and finding new spots every year that they say are estimated to last for many years.
Moisture can cause rapid oxidization of metals and this is made worse if ethonal is in the mix. Isoproply alcohol can help prevent oxidization by effectively drying the metal parts. This is why I only use isoproply in my solution.
Government gets a lot of money from fuel and oil companies. Why would they want to stop the inflow of money from oil based fuels? The tax on water would sky rocket if that came into effect.
Stan Myers was indeed poisoned, but he was trying (quite rightfully) to make money from his invention. Sadly, it only left him 6ft under ground.
But now his invention is public domain and most anyone can make one for themselves. There are other machines like his out there.
People should make one and use it for their family. It's the only way to free society. One family at a time until there are millions who have broken free.
"People should make one and use it for their family. It's the only way to free society. One family at a time until there are millions who have broken free."
Doubt this will ever make it to the public now that he trying to patent this.
Only way to get this public (if it indeed does as shown) would be to directly sell without patent. Get enough into the public so that the cork can't be put back on the bottle.
Why do people always act and think like they have to ask the government for permission to do anything important?
The day that everyday people, like anyone reading this, go out and start using these technologies on a personal basis just because they can, will be the day that the criminal monopolists go the way of the woolly mammoth. That is, hunted to extinction by common man. All Governments are like that, and people are finally realizing this.
And who gives them that right? They give it to themselves, and also some inventors who've bought in to their brainwashing tactics give them the rights; "It's for national security". Yeah, right.
Those who don't are "taken care of". But inventors are trying to make money from their inventions.
People can legally make ONE copy for themselves. That means anyone. Millions of us.
I cringe when I learn that the inventors have entered "negotiations" with the government r military. Essentailly, this tells me that he's being offered an obscene amount of money and that they will simply take the device and shelve it t prevent it from being released to the public.
Yes indeed. No judgement on the authenticity of this science, but I'm reminded of the final scene of Raiders of The Lost Ark when they crate the Ark and put it in the giant federal warehouse.

So how much energy is used to break the H2O down to burnable HHO? Until there is an unbiased answer to that question, I can safely assume this technology is a net energy sink. In other words, you're better off using the electricity or natural gas directly instead of as a feedstock for producing this other form of energy and avoid the efficiency hit while you're at it.
normal electrolysis creates H2 gas and O2 gas, this process is unique because it makes H2O into a special HHO gas. Even though it has the same molecular structure, it has the effects of burning Hydrogen gas and the stable state of liquid H2O (it'll probably change back if it's not in a special case too)

Please learn basic chemistry.
1. Electrolysis has nothing to do with atomic physics. It's a CHEMICAL process. Compare apples to apples.
2. The ocean absorbs heat from the sun, and that heat is radiated from the ocean, powering the hurricane.
This is why it's important that respected journals do filter this crap. It's not science. It's pseudoscience (in other words, retarded).
