I get this whilst the computer is on & im doing things normally. Nothin happens to the desktop everythin is still going, but the alarm like beeping just goes on and eventually turns off after about 5 minutes but im really wanting to know what it means, nothing through google or my manual clears it up.
Desperate for help on this one, i checked machine temperatures and its cool so no problems there, the alarm rings whilst i dont see anything wrong using the machine. These things cant be ignored.
and theres another guess Disconnected or more likely jammed hard drive/ Head stuck to platters. First try getting a new sys board. If that doesnt work open up your hard drive risking loosing all your data or just send it in for repair
