This song isnt really all that great I found out this band on a awsome soul eater AMV then I looked through the comments to see what band this was and it was chaos divine refuse the sickness and that song is so awsome
I love the harsh vocals in this band, it's so raw, he sounds like an animal. I mean you're entitled to your opinion and all but he has quite a unique scream and I dig it far more then the cleans.
@ChaosDivineband i probably should have been more specific and said i don't like it when reviewers say a band is a mix of two other bands. its almost like they are being lazy with their journalism. they should make some effort to describe the album/band/style of music or stick to writing about beer and boobs and leave the real music journalism to magazines like Rolling Stone and Metal Hammer. also apologies for using your video as my soap box :P keep it metal \m/
I really like this band but i don't like the harsh vocals. Now i don't want anyone to think i dont like harsh vocals which is untrue. I love harsh vocals and i understand how hard it is to do them. I just dont like these but i do like his clean vocals. He seems to be talented he just needs to work on his harsh vocals imo.
love this song. without the screaming, the vocal harmonies wouldn't sound as beautiful. this band is great, and i agree - they should be famous. i am just now hearing about them in the U.S. ...request these songs, tell people about them, ask them to play in the U.S. let's get this music over here. : )
loved the intro and the rifff....... then the screaming ruined it =/ .......... shame seeing as he can sing quite well..... why ruin it with screams -_-
@RemnantsOfBeauty Because screaming is one of the best forms of singing. Unless you're a singer, people do not grasp how incredibly difficult it IS to scream, and the skill it requires. In my opinion, as a vocalist myself, it's awesome because I know how to do these, and I realise the power behind it and the emotion. Not all death metal is emo shit about cutting yourself.
@Siann1234 i agree with you sooo much there is so much for the singer in question when it comes to screaming i mean look at cradle of filth being able to hit a high note and a low note at the same time epic you guys should try something like arcturus or dimmu borgir or even as blood runs black
