I don't actually think that the song suits Kisa. It's a beaytiful song, but it represents sadness and depression, Kisa's a survivor, and is full of hope. But it is lovely none the less.

@ChasehaWing Hiro's mum is probably the most kindest and loving parent in the seiries (if you dont enclude Kyoko) so he's out, and except for Akito punishing people around him nothing directly towards him to relate to the song. We dont know about Haru's childhood except he's always loved Rin, infact Haruwas to a degree almost ignored by Akito. Shigure has a very special relationship with Akito that's not as abusive (at least in the anime) and what about Kagura and Ristu?

Hiro's not directly abused, but gets it secondary for when Akito hurt Kagura. Haru wasn't hurt much, but was indirectly called stupid so much that it gave him MPD... that's a big deal. Shigure had a... interesting child hood, but ya, that trio (snake dog & dragon) were pretty much left alone. Besides them, everyone's childhood sucked.

@ChasehaWing Akito never hurt Kagura, he hurt Kisa by beating her and Isuzu by pushing her out of a window (although that was half to punish her too). But nothing directly to connect to the song.

Haru I admit his low self esteem can suck and even get a spilt personality from it too, but again, nothing to do with domestic abuse. And the mabudachi trio's childhood like you said wz\s kinda safe so to say (Ayame's mother hated him for being a failure but i digress) Kureno was sorta abused though :/

Kureno wasn't part of the trio tho, and Ayame doesn't really care about his mothers approval. As for a Kagura, that was a misprint. But ya, I don't think she was abused by akito, but she's suffering from guilt. Still she's fine (from Child abuse). But I still say what happened to Haru was a big deal. Self esteem is different from MPD, and in the end, it wasn't just akito that made him go mad, but all the adults around him. They're all to blame for his mental abuse.

And Kagura is suffering guilt and lonelyness at the end so again, that's the closest she got to abuse. And I guess, yeah Haru got mental abuse but not physical like the song in question is about.
