  • @lemob182 you should care because of this fire we have fire saftey and worker, today pluse so many people died, im doing this for my NHD project and this is really sad just becaouse it was 100 years ago doesnt mean its not importent still

  • next time: lower the music volume, increase your vocal narrative volume, put a buffer over your mic so you don't pop it on your inflections and make your narrative stream better...and maybe less picture shake

  • Make your voice louder and prouder, and don't fade off. Plus, dim the music and make less camera shake and make your script flow. Finally, try to add some video or maybe some sort of news clip of the fire or something of the sort. Hope this helps!

  • they need a strong man there to get the door open, see women with out men

  • This happened exactly 100 years ago, therefore I don't give a SHIT!

  • @lemob182 "`Those who don't know history are doomed to repeat it"

  • @onishchuk4 even when they know it they repeat it

  • @tomanyasses Unfortunately I agree with you

  • @onishchuk4 yep the old saying the more things change the more they stay the same

  • @lemob182 lol ,but its still sad

    downloadblinks . c__o__m

  • you need to talk louder

  • There are suicide nets in china at the I pad factory. Soon that may be here

  • Best argument for unions

  • click the 1911 button and this video becomes humorous.

  • @ShinFuYux where is this button??? evry1 talks abt it but i jst cnt seem to find it

  • @ShinFuYux whats the 1911 button?? where is it??

  • @SickAudi I guess it was a april fools thing for youtube. It's not there anymore. But the button was right next to the full screen button.

  • If you all think America has changed, take a look at youtube video 8E7wgFcCefE. You'll be surprised

  • I would have given you a C- for this crap... Your audio is HORRIBLE. Either get a WINDSCREEN in front of your microphone, or learn not to make popping sounds with your breath when you talk into the mic.

  • It's just women and children who died... What's all the fuss about?

    (end sarcasm)

  • your overmodulating with the mic.

  • lol is that the aim sound for someone signing on at 0:12

  • Such a sad, tragic event. Thanks for posting...

  • @Susanish, I'm sorry, but your history is incorrect. Your grandfather was guilty of the deaths. In fact, he was convicted again AFTER the fire of locking a fire door in one of his sweatshops. And he made money from insurance payments of $400 per dead victim.

I'm sure your family tells itself a different story. That's typical of family members of people who have committed atrocities. It's not your fault, but you don't need to make excuses for him, either.

  • True. Also true: Of the $400 the insurance company paid for each person who died in the fire, the family received only $75. It's a story of greed and disregard for the lives of women and children. Very sad.

  • @ilmorescue still going on now, lawyers are sucking the living heart out of america

  • @DragonSinging fuck of you tulip

  • @Averyaccordian. The owners Max and Isaac did not torch their own factory to collect insurance. That day, March 25th , my grandfather, Max Blanck, was with two of his children, my aunt's, Henrietta 12 years old and Mildred, 4 years old.

They barely escaped. One of my uncles was a real hero in this tragedy, saving many peoples lives by directing then up to the roof top.

One day, many of the myths about the factory and owners will be debunked.]

    Be safe,

    Susanish

  • @suzenish

I've never heard that Max and Isaac 'torched' their own factory; locking workers into a tender box was a foreseeable tragedy and the whole sordid page in our history, like so many, is repulsive and should live in infamy!

  • @suzenish According to "Triangle: The Fire That Changed America", the owners of Triangle had 4 previous fires in 2 different buildings they owned (the Asch building & another nearby, Mercer St.); 2 in 1902, 1 in 1907, and 1 in 1910. All those fires were early in the morning, when no one was in the buildings. If these were not paid arsons, then the owners had an bad record of unintentional fires. They were able to still get insurance because the brokers would spread the risk to several comapnies.

  • does Morris feldman live ???

  • beautifully done!!!!

  • Hi E,

i watched your video and think it was really done well. I hope you got a great grade...an A+. The music you chose was gorgeous.

    Thank you for posting this!

My grandfather was one of the owners of the factory

  • which owner?

  • @suzenish wat was his last name. the 2 owners light some of the buildings on fire to collect insurance payments.

  • @suzenish I dont believe that their any myths about the horrible tale. WHat happened was due to no regulation and greed your grandfather, Max Blanck, and partner Isaac Harris both committed a crime which has been brought even to this day as a reason for progressive movement. The triangle shirtwaist factory fire is considered one of the worst events in american history. To protect the rights of a robber barron even if it is your grandfather is to protect inhumane treatments of workers
