I understand it doesn't work well for everyone as their loadouts differ however, if the unit were placed closer to the center of the torso (so the lead magazine were directly under the mag well), and a bit higher, you may find the reloads faster and more fluid. Basically reducing the distance from point A to point B. This is how most of the deployed operators are wearing them. Again, great video.
When your firearm, along with your gear costs several thousand dollars.. When your training costs hundreds of thousands of dollars... when the ammo you expend training costs a few thousand as well...
Id just use a drum. 100 rounds-problem solved.

If it held more Magazines and wasn't so bulky it might be worth it. With practice one can reload just as effectively using traditional pouches.
I'd much rather use hard-kydex style mag holders than this thing which could potentially jam with element wear and tear.

DON'T ROLL THE MAGAZINE INTO THE MAG WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's faster and easier to slide magazine into the mag well straight.
