YouTube Freeze Fixed? (YTO244)

It WAS absolutely disastrous. It was like every other video, from dozens of my subs, and sometimes you could switch from 480 to 360, or to 720, and make it work, and sometimes you had to just abandon it.

As of now, It SEEMS like it's finally over. Apparently they fixed it. But considering that the current YT engineering "team" consists of idiots that Google wasn't quite ready to fire but had to unload, it'll get worse. They're a lot better at breaking stuff than fixing it.

Hey, I actually experienced this a few times in the last couple days.

I just refreshed the browser and it seemingly worked. Plus, theoretically

gave some of my fave channels an extra view. BTW your puppy video froze and

I had the same problem I made a video saturday asking YT if it needed a laxitive.Maybe it took my advice as it's working again for me too.

@bearchay889 Nice, glad everyoenes stepping up and doing their part to make sure youtube notices these things. I mean theres tons of little bugs, but these show stopper bugs really suck!

It was happening randomly for me. I'd be watching a video like always, and suddenly it just stopped. I cleared the cache (again) and refreshed the page, and it played like normal. And some seem to have been playing the video faster than they were loading.

@PixelBrainMush Yeah it was a problem on their side.. I think some of their servers got misconfigured or something.

I have over 300 Subscriptions, and I only watch from about 6 people.

Do a video about that stupid girl throwing puppies into a river. I have a feeling it's fake, but I dunno. 4chan are trying to kill the girl, they've found her I think.

@moviesunrated I'm subscribed to 344 people and I try to watch every video from each one of them. Thats why I am very careful who I subscribe to because its a big investment as I'm basically promising I'll watch all your videos!

@smilingeyes25 My method was to cycle through the playback qualities. that way it stayed at the same position, and woohoo 1/3 done!
