@21SCORCH Most non-responding errors are made by not having enough RAM, but considering you have a nice amount of RAM I'll have to say it might be the game crashing on you. Not really too sure about this problem

@SM7TED Yes, it would make it less laggy, stuff like loading screens and waiting time for the game opening will still stay the same, but when playing it you should experience less lag.

@ZackXScream Not sure what you mean, as in buying a new graphics card? because if you already have a graphics card you can't get the updates for different graphics cards because a graphics card is a physical thing in your computer but you can update which will make it better, but you can't update it physically which is why you might need to buy a new one and physically put it in, because sometimes updating helps you play the games better but it won't always be the solution.

@AustinSteveir Try going to their website to find an update, it is possible that you can't update anymore because of the driver that is physically in your computer being out of date, if that's so then you would need to buy a new one. Try to look more on the website or on google.
