Thank you for sharing what you have learned about this complex subject.
I've read that it's very important to first of all, feed the brain with the highest quality foods that are vital to the function and health of the brain.
My Mom exercised all her life playing golf and tennis and walked all the time. She developed Alzheimer's without any of us knowing. It's more complex than that sorry to say. Not to say physical activity is not important, it just is not a be all cure.
Another great vid, Doug. One problem I have found from my own research is that from the mid-50s, people just start to give up on what they haven't achieved. What you say, though, is right, but will it get through to your targetted audience? As I say, my own in-depth research has shown that is withn the person's drive and not there age. What you say applies to anyone of any age. Stay Cosmic ...
gosh i like this one. no nancy silliness and like the shirt. great advice for everyone. its bunches less creepy when you are not reading from your notes. ((good speaking from your heart))
Doug I'm enjoying your vids! Hey let's not forget about all those feel-good chemicals that get released when we exercise. Those little guys improve what ails us if we workout everyday!
I have been a Software Engineer for 30+ years. Changing as we speak from watching your video. Thanks.
