I'm being pedantic here but the titel is "That was The Day" officially lol. It is This Is The Day but it's from the 1994 Dis-infected EP where Matt reworked some old songs. he titled this That Was The Day. Ok. ..whatever,lol. It's still one of the best songs of all time.

i was introduced to this song 18 years ago by and old girlfriend. To this day it still has the ability to make me smile or cry depending on my state of mind.
