Nice Video/Idea. I was considering making this for fun, and the fact that it's unique. Do you have a rough idea as to how much it weighs? Also, this stove appears to be a lower heat or simmer type of stove, is this true? I've been trying to find a non-wick style stove that can simmer effectively.

As I recall, the stove weighed about 8oz. Much less than a MSR Whisperlite, but still way too heavy for ultra light backpacking.
