Some holocaust deniers have claimed there was cyanide in the paint. Hmm. The Sonderkommando diaries, meticulous German records, eyewitness testimony, the massive discrepencies between the prisoners who arrived, and those who were liberated etc are pretty damning.

Germany was pretty much forced into the war, again, the winners write the history books and those history books are the only ones you've read apparently. Germany was fighting Russia, USA, Britain...a tiny nation, I'd say they did a damn good job. National socialist Germany threatened the kosher banking establishment and needed to be taken out. Nazis weren't angels, but certainly a much better alternative than the victors.

The Germans were most certainly not forced into either war. At the time of WW1 Austria-Hungry wanted to greatly expand her borders, at that time a coventional war was how you did that, not diplomacy like today. Austria-Hungry knew the tensions between Croats, Bosnians and Serbs and baby sat them for quite a while. They knew something if they didn't a war could come of it and that is what they wanted.....an excuse to declare war. WW2 was about revenge for 1918, plain and simple, it was about
