The actual occurrence happened in the early 80’s in upstate New York and is not even close to this recording of the fictitious “Joe” idiot. This recording sounds like an uneducated and far from funny Jerk attempting to gain some notoriety off the original story. Whoever made this recording has the creative juices and intellect of a 2nd grade comedy act. Also, the fact that this guy is trying to profit by selling T-shirts is a crime.

yes, it's fake. I read it goes as far back as the 70's. When Cincinnati's 911 system went into effect, I believe the police chief wanted their first 911 call to be remembered so they set this up. When interviewed I guess the dispatcher said he nearly pissed himself laughing. I don't blaime him, I would of been laughing too.
