@deadman07ut they said that because they took out the red led lights from the inside, but it still can over heat but is alittle more safer to go with because it does have sensors that auto shutdown the system at a certain temperature, but then again those can always fail so dont rely on that system 100%

@MrMontreal17 umm the ps3 controller dont use batteries like the ones the 360 and wii uses it's built in a type of rechargble batteries something i forgot what it's called that you can recharge it via USB port you can even plug your ps3 controller on the PC or some other devices that have a USB ports and recharge it you don't have to change your batteries for the ps3 controller it last way much longer you don't need to buy new batteries after every two or three month.

@B0BTEX Red ring is old ,that been fixed. Controller is arguable,in fact the industry mainly prefer the 360 controller. The ps3 controller is a piece of shit that is outdated. Weak feeling analogs,crappy L2 and R2 buttons,too small giving cramps and you can't replace the batteries so when the controller dies you need to throw the whole thing out. Also the interface on the console is ugly and online is garbage.

@KnicksNY7 Xbox controller is uncomfortable and the industry says the Dualshock 3 is the most erogomic controller design in gaming history. The battery packs on the back of the 360 controller are annoying and the PS3 has them built in and you recharge the controller kid and if the battery for some reason blew up you could take it apart and get a new battery. The Xbox controller has alot of extra plastic that keeps it from molding into your hands perfectly like like the PS3 controller.

Critics which have no bias opinions. The Red Ring of Death is a joke and a rumor. The problem has been fixed and I've had my Xbox 360 for 4 years and have not had a single problem with it.

Like most people on xbox live, i am having connection problems, my friend disconnected from xbox live during a game on fifa. Now, after he reconnected we cannot join each others parties or games. We have both tried reseting our routers, switching our connections from wireless to wired ( both our NAT settings are open ).

Any ideas or help would be appriciated.

netflix is a separate deal from microsoft and sony, you have to pay for an account no matter which console you have. My ps3 came with a month trial for netflix; I liked it and kept it for 8 bucks a month.

I hated it at first but it grew on me.
