3) The email that was sent to me, to reset my password, just notified me that my account has been disabled for 15 minutes, but does not ask me any security questions, to reset, like this video indicates.
4) There is no customer service support at Salesforce to help me, or Salesforce account manager that I can call who is assigned to my company. I work for a big company and have no idea, who our "Salesforce Administrator" is.
The password functions are terrible with Salesforce.
1) The password to log into salesforce on my laptop, is a different password than to log in, on my blackberry.
2) When attempting to accept an emailed meeting request, on my phone, while I'm already logged into Salesforce on my phone, it asks me to enter my password again, and it's not the same password I used to log in, on my phone. I got locked out several times, just trying to accept a meeting request from my phone.\
@salesforce Thank you for your response, someone emailed me this afternoon with a case number. The problem is fixed now, and I've enrolled in a Salesforce training session, at work.
I do appreciate your responsiveness, and I feel like I'm in good hands now. And, kudos on your use of utube!
