how to get azuras star

@liljbigy Felen Maryon in Tel Branora has a summon golden saint spell. You need a levitate spell to get to him though.

@liljbigy they're very rare but you can summon them and still soul trap them

Uhm,do you need a soul gem to use Azura's star?If so,where do I get one?

And where is the place the shrine is?I mean I can see a square near where you were when you were at the Shrine of Azura.

Do you need to equip Azura's star to use it or just...like a spell?

Umm about mid south of the map its called molog mar if I remember correctly using alsive intervintion will get you there.
