th 80/10/10 diet is the only diet that will work 100% without starvation. just because we can only sense satiation from sugars. And we cant eat candy all day long, thats extremly unhealthy, thasts why we need to eat tons of sweet RIPE fruit. yellow Bananas are not ripe. after 5-7 days they become spotty, sweet and juicy. Also the bananas must be very thick, the thin ones taste good enough. get of salt, condiments and aromas and you will be able to taste 1000X better.
