Yea I am trying to be healthier. It seems that vegetarians and vegans live longer, but who knows. I dont eat sugar in my food or drinks, but once in a blue moon I will. my problem is i eat late at night and no proper exercise. But in this video I was a ballon, I think I have slimmed down a bit since then.

ok all you need to do is just count your calories eat like 1500 to 2000 calories a day & cut out stuff in your daily meals like mayo peanut butter etc. cause its just alot of calories that dont feel you up eat stuff thats low in calories and and will satisfy your hunger its way easier than trying to eat stuff that you dont like

No seriously, is not worth it to be on a diet. You will suffer all the time thinking about some delicious double decker burguer or a sausage pizza with crunchy bacon, like the one that i just ate minutes ago with a cold ice coke. Just enjoy your life and eat all you can take. We will die anyway.
