one time me and my friend were playing san andreas and we were driving down the strip with 6 stars when we heard the cops say that the chase is getting too dangerous and they called off the the chase and all my stars went away. i tried to do it again the exact same way many times but it hasn't happened since. has any1 else ever had this happen?

Something similar to this happened to me too. It happened during the gang wars in Los Santos. A police car was following me as I was having a 1 star wanted level, when I shot the driver in the head with a sniper wile the car was moving. Then i moved a distance away and the car was following me being driven by a decapitated officer. That was a strange thing...

actaually if you want to see ghost cars...go the horse shoe area in Flint County...go between them at around 00:00 (code helps ALOT) and watchs the old derby cars...if their still...move the camera around and look at them again...they wont be there and then you'll see one drive itself towards you

It's a glitch. You have to kill the drivers of the car by shooting through the front window. It doesn't happen all the time though.
