I'm in the uk so don't know the equivalent American version of the RSPCA, but can someone forward this series of vids to the equivalent because if the owner hasn't had this dog checked by a vet and is just going to record its seizures for entertainment purposes they can, and should, be prosecuted for cruelty.

Yes, now I can confirm it. This dog has a neurological problem that is causing this. Notice how he stood up, limped then fell back down and went immediately back to sleep. Totally not normal and signals some type of problem.
At sjrr5545- Show this video to any reputable Vet and I promise u he/she will tell u it is a epileptic seizure. I have dogs that are "animated" when they dream and they don't walk into walls. And not all seizures "would look a lot worse". I had 3 dogs with this disorder and each seizure was to some extent different each time. Some not as bad as others. I certainly can see if u are unaware of this in animals this might be funny but please dont disregard that this is a seizure...........JMHO
It looks like a classic epileptic seizure- Have had 3 Dalmatians that had these. They were on meds for them but seizures still occurred at least once a month. Only had the one that went blind for several minutes after seizure and would run into things if not controlled by myself. Very sad to watch.

Es un problema neurologico que necesita ser tratado es muy simple el tratamiento o al mejor necesitatra una pequena cirugia que le arreglara el problemita ,el perro no sufre porque ha vivido con esto pero si es agonisante despues que le pasa porque queda desorientado y confundido que a la larga pudiera ser peligroso para el aninal dependiendo donde se encuentre es casi el mismo cuido de una persona con epilegcia.
