I have also experienced an astral heartbeat, where my heart feels like its going to beat out of my chest, but if I withdrawal I find that my heart is at a normal pace. any one ever feel this happen to them? I have felt the same thing when I have used shamanic sage plants to put me in other realms.

@chromakey84 Yes. I was listening to H-Plus - Brain Repairs & Maintenance around 2002 or so. I felt a pulsing in my chest. I put my hand on my chest to make sure it was not my heart beating faster. It was a distinctly different beating than my heart (which I could also feel at the time.) I almost had an OBE but not quite. Hopefully soon! :)

I have had some serious projections as well. I am 26 years old and havent experienced them in a few years. The vibrations are almost painful too me, but so exciting. There is so much more going on than we can even imagine, love the life around you and be at peace and gentle with yourself and others.

then when i was 13 or 14 yrs old i could see things that are coming, experiences that has still to happen like advanced experience before i experience it. i could see people even before i meet them. see happenings/things a week in advance or 2yrs in advance. i don't know what i am anymore. i don't understand why this is happening to me.

Same shit happened to me, but my friend told me that it happens when you're thinking about something you shouldn't, then I tried to stop the vibrations. Weird... But it happened when I was awake.
