useful video but you are going very fast for me! cab't you zoom in on each of the dials or switches you change? :( i want that filthy reese bass-line.
@moritzcasperdauner Sorry its hard to follow, it not really a tutorial just a quick insight i guess. I'll look into making a drum tut, but next up is Noisia/Prolix style reese bass. ALOT different to this one, i'll make sure i make it more tutorial-like. Thanks :)
@AuT0maTe1 infact if you could actualy say where abouts the numbers actualy meant to end up becaus its making it take way too long to copy, also your changing things so quick that i find it ard to follow
@AuT0maTe1 Yeah, sorry, i did kinda rush it. If you watch in HD and pause every so often it would make the vid alot clearer and hopefully easier to follow. I won't be rushing them in future - got an external hard drive now so no need to race like mad before my comp dies ;). Sorry again.
I have a problem with the lfo change T_T when i play the pattern inside the matrix step sequencer , the lfo speed goes by the curve i made, but when i play the whole song with all the step sequencers disabled ( Redrum , Matrix) the lfo's speed doesn't change :( how can i fix this?
@LRMANIA Hi man, hope you're good. By disabling the step sequencer you're aren't allowing the CV signal [from the matrix] to pass into Thors CV input. If you have a good pattern made in the matrix, you can right click and copy that pattern to create notes on Thors sequencer lane (which is probably what you've done). You can then erase all the notes on the matrix, but make sure you still let it 'run' because the 'curve cv' is whats telling Thors LFO 2 to do. Hope that helped, if not, let me know
@Pirate454 You did a great job on everything I didn't know about in this video. I liked it a lot. You are great at what you do for sure. I like Reason. There's so much you can do. Videos like this are a great help to people like myself truly. I haven't been using for awhile now though. Been trying to figure out NI Komplete 5 and 6. Baby steps for me. I would like to start using Reason as a plug in in Pro Tools soon. I miss Reason.
@TheApprenticeDnB Thanks man :]. I've been working hard on Darkscapes which is now finished, just needs a slight polish then sent away to be released, sooooo after thats all done and dusted i can get some new beats laid down :D
Nice sound! Can you make a video with tips on DnB BEAT layering, EQ-ing, compression and so on. It would be very useful for total noobs like me :D

You should throw a compressor on your mixer too to make it all louder on the output.

@Skaul Cheers man, the backgrounds actually a 'moving wallpaper' that you can get with Windows 7. I just hid the icons cos it looked a bit scrappy ;)
