  • Watching you workout is amazing. I've never seen two-thirds of the types of exercises you did. After seeing you go through those grueling motions, no one has any excuse to not doing even a fourth of your regimen. Excellent work.

    Thanks so much for the positive comments.. each one motivates me to go and train even harder... so thank you:))

    the amount of weight I use varies greatly depending on my goals... right now I am building size, so I'm doing 70-100 for dead lifts, 100-200 for squats, don't laugh... 30-60 for leg extension... super weak quads, and 50-80 for leg curls (I could do more, but don't want to build more of an imbalance between my quads and hams....
