Wow-Whee! I'm really thrilled you shared so much with us. There are so many people out in the wrold who don't want to share bc they believe it's hurting them. But a friend of mine once told me: Knowledge only works in your favor and builds your power if you share it with others, not if you keep it.
Watching you workout is amazing. I've never seen two-thirds of the types of exercises you did. After seeing you go through those grueling motions, no one has any excuse to not doing even a fourth of your regimen. Excellent work.

the amount of weight I use varies greatly depending on my goals... right now I am building size, so I'm doing 70-100 for dead lifts, 100-200 for squats, don't laugh... 30-60 for leg extension... super weak quads, and 50-80 for leg curls (I could do more, but don't want to build more of an imbalance between my quads and hams....
holy moly, I need a personal trainer... =) I so need to work out like you Lyzabeth.....I am so getting to the gym after getting more ideas... thanx for posting this Lyzabeth
