@salikali2 Probably not. It'd be an awesome feature, but it'd make exploitation too easy for the achievements and ranking on leaderboards, unless Bungie makes it so that only un-modded maps can be ranked. I don't see it happening, though.

Seriously though, probably not, since the Flood just aren't as interesting to fight as the Covenant, and it'd make no canonical sense for them to be on Reach. @3604evs No, ODST was a full-priced expansion, there's a difference. A full game would have had a slightly longer campaign and supported matchmaking, as well as having true multiplayer, rather than just cooperative multiplayer. Bungie itself says that ODST was just an expansion.

@BlindRageA7X actually, you're spartan character can be equipped with a certain character voice. Voices are used in firefight, and you have many to choose from. From Master Chief to Sergeant Johnson and Cortana. Buck is also one of them

@TheApplestand Eh, even if you've done that, it doesn't necesarrily mean you can compete with the bigboys, just pointing that out...

A. Recon is actually insanely easy to get. Gotten it, no problem.

B. Playing through campaign on Mythic (AKA all skull) difficulty isn't necesarrily hard, it just means you've got to be patient as hell and you've got to know the level.

Again, just pointing it out that Campaign and Live are completely different and require different areas of player skill.

Well, to kill a brute normally without headshots, by ONLY shooting them in the body takes a fuck-load of ammo, maybe more than a DMR/BR clip even. Where as you said it yourself, you have to shoot theirs 2-3 times, not bad against the other option.

The point is to have variety. I find it much easier to bait and switch Brutes and then assassinate them or stick them than trying to headshot them in ODST. Being out in the open in ODST more dangerous than starting a close-range fight, since most enemies are very predictable when in close-range combat. This is part of why I like Halo; it's not just terrorists/nazis/etc running around waiting for headshots. The enemies are diverse and require different tactics to defeat.
