It is management vs wild. Wild might win for awhile but in the longrun we have to (HAVE TO) have good managment: MANAGEMENT THAT GETS IN TOUCH WITH ITS ENVIRONMENT BOTH INSIDE ITS COMPANY AND OUTSIDE ITS COMPANY.
Toyota and Canon have done this also.
