  • Been to Perm 3 times in the last 6 years (summer only). The snow & cold depicted in the video belies the overwhelming warmth of the people. Sure do miss them. . . .

  • I taught English next door in Ukraine and for some perverse reason I miss the cold, snow-covered dreariness. It's like spending 4 months in a black and white film.
