do you have to do the move while your in coiled state then turn to sword state and then do the grab or do you do it someway else

I really love this. I thought Ivy was much weaker in sc4 coz when she lays her whip on the floor it only lifts in one direction unlike in sc where it seeks out d opponent. Can you help me out with the abbreviations though? I am not familiar with them. what's iCS etc? where do I direct the controller? thanks. I find the new ivy quite confusing. Thanks!
