It is difficult to disagree with anything stated here in this well produced advertisement. I would suggest, however, that most of the commentary offered here is so general in nature about "libraries" that it does not connect at all the current reality of the PPL and the fact that it is proposing to cut five local branches due to on-going budgetary deficits. I would also ask whether this commercial was a good use of its limited funds considering its budget crisis?
