@WillTheThrill20321 hey read the title, she explains what the title says. that is how to use the lg shine without a sim card. these phones will not allow access to functions/apps without a sim. it has nothing to do with unlocking the network provider, which i guess is what you expected [you didn't say, you just wasted time complaining]
