@TheMasterflash1 This song came out in 1991 in response to President Bush' invasion of Iraq(Desert Storm, Gulf War); it is a Remake of their earlier song Tehran which was made in the 80s in response to Reagan's bombing of Iran 1985. They re-released Baghdad in 2004 for their Rock Against Bush compilation since we were once again in Iraq with more of our young men(and women) becoming just another number. You could change it to Kabul and Afghanistan for 2010 and it would be the same.

This song was from the first album "The Offspring" (yes that's the name) and it was actually called Tehran. This is a re-made version, which was inspired after the Gulf War (the first song was made before 1991, so well, they didn't know that the Gulf War would happen...).

The lyrics to the original song are basically the same, only it says "Iran" instead of "Iraq" and "Theran" instead of "Baghdad"
