James Suh = Asian Navy SEAL who died in combat against america's enemies. quit being a racist asshole, i am white- i am going for Navy SEALs- in part because the Asian community and SEAL community are very similar in that they both place high value and emphasis on good character strength, heavy dicipline, and unrelenting hard work. i think Asian community has alot more to offer SEALs in terms of DECENT recruits then do most white families.

no need for the racial stuff here. There are a few asian americans who have passed through BUD/S and onto the Teams. The Teams isn't an exclusive group for caucasion people. Don't think just because you're white means you're automatically going to make it through BUD/S.

I'm confused. How is this cutting edge training when a vast majority of the exercises completed were poorly executed? Completely poor positioning in the cable exercises, poor execution on the wallball, no depth in hip flexion... The facility looks nice but overall very poor, sloppy and/or unmanaged execution of exercises. I suggest reading up on basic biomechanics.
