  • @henrik00004 I love it when amateurs get on pro bodybuilder videos and comment on their form...makes me laugh...When your muscles are twice the size of a normal man's, you can't do the full range of motion. I work out with a guy that juices, and he does everything different from how he tells me to do it, because his big muscles get in the way.

  • as many negative comments as people can post about him, his training style is truly unique....he also trains to failure, which is something a lot of guys whether on roids or not dont do.....apart from that, the reason why he may be weak (but this is just my theory) is because of his synthol use....it is known by doctors that synthol, although it makes the muscles bigger, it actually makes them weaker....who would have thought of that happening huh?

    i meant weak in the smith machine and stuff.i mean this guys strong, no doubt about that, but nothing crazy in the bodybuilding world, just think ronnie was doing these with 200 lb dumbells for i think 6 reps, he coulda done the 210s or 220s at least once.....but he did use synthol, i think he said it himself once, to pump up his shoulders....maybe he doesnt want to inject that shit into his triceps cuz he knows that they are his weakness and synthol makes your muscles weaker.

  • no he never said he used synthol: in fact, he said in "big and loving it" that it makes him very sad to hear people saying that he used synthol because he has not, and worked hard to get his size. also, check out "markus ruhl shoulder press" video. he presses i think 6 plates on the smith. that's damn heavy

  • This guy lifts more like a powerlifter than any other body builder, perhaps that's why he's such a huge fucking freak. When he uses an ultra wide grip and goes down only half way like that, it's a complete power/size exersice. He's gigantic, I just think he should focus more on his tone. This guy is amazing no doubt though.

  • If you have shoulders that blow your chest away(like markus does)regular bench presses will not help you. Your shoulders will take over & your chest will receive little stimulation. A super wide grip will ensure you're working your chest. Guys who have a strong chest in relation to their shoulders can get a good chest workout with regular bench pressing just fine. It all depends what your weak and strong points are.

  • I know what you mean, my shoulders do all the work when I bench regular grip. I find that the wider grip really puts the shoulders back and out of the way.
