this is a part of nigeria where all the fulanis and hausa people live, almost all of them are muslims, christians who preach the gospel there are killed and tourcherd, but everyday muslims convert to christians and now nigeria has become 80% christian, i lived there for 15 years (im 18) and i can tell you that millions of fulani muslims have experienced what monammed experienced.

It is a sign from Jesus' Father who you called Allah and Christians called YHVH (God). Surah 29:46 as told by Muhammad that he believed in what was revealed to the Christians. If in doubt, you can ask the Christians as told in Surah 10:94. Christians can help to teach as what was revealed in the Gospel and Torah. The scripture given to Christians is confirmed truthful as told in Surah 5:48. So you are free to ask logical questions to Christians and put aside all differences. Peace!
