have you tried disputing the claim? There is info on LVI how to do this. It usually works 90% of the time in getting the sound back. I'm off to watch this on Imeem and then I will leave you a comment on LVI :)
there's no sound on the video and the link says the video is not available, unfortunately :/ it's a shame because it seems like a really good vid and I would love to be able to see it with sound
