All the effects are super convincing, no question about that. But for a person who knows either structural analysis or just has a little experience in any other field in the construction business, pictures like the one around 1:25 are def. an illusion killer. I noticed that problem in several other vids of yours. Besides that, great work. Keep it up
My VERY far-fetched idea: Aliens. The green stuff on some of the buildings is a gas that poisons people (Like War of the Worlds). The blood splatters on the camera at 1:11 is because the camera guy inhaled the gas and his stomach exploded (like Cloverfield). The destroyed buildings are the alien's weapon effects.

In Sydney, the North & North-West suburbs are beautiful and a lot of rich people, and for anyone moving to Sydney, East suburbs have a lot of fun youth culture, South suburbs are kinda plain but till nice...

2. There was no "camera work". All of the "video" was simply pictures. The effects added were just fine.

Wow... just looking at the scope of the damage done. Ship listing in the Harbor, the bridge broken and the opera house ripped to shreds.... alot more than just a mere terrorist attack. When the Sydney Harbour Bridge was being built the arches were restrained by steel cables anchored into the north and south shores. Once the arch was joined and became self supporting the cables were removed, they were in fact sent to Brisbane and used as suspension cables for a bridge being built there. Since the cables were removed the arch can stand only if it is complete.
actually that's exactly what would happen. If you look at how it was originally constructed, it was built from both sides & hung there like that until both ends finally met in the middle

Considering how thoroughly awesome your work is, here's my (I hope constructive) complaint: The shaky cam looks phony, overwrought and intentional, and the color saturation, while rich and pretty, doesn't resemble a home cam. It's too vibrant, takes me out of the moment. Other than that, your work is genius.
Great job on this one man, really authentic-looking. I am desperate to know where you get your music from, like exactly which composers and such, but if you'd rather not share, that's ok.
However I have to agree re: the dirty lens. Real dirty lens blobs are generally out of focus.
another problem: I feel the jiggly footage is too jiggly. If you watch real amateur footage it's a little jiggly, yes, but mainly it's characterized by almost nothing happening in the shot. You're going pretty Hollywood with the crash-zooms, etc.

I hate this. It's ironic that you're a 9/11conspiracy nut and you make hoax videos of terrorist attack on Sydney. There's enough paranoia in this country about terrorism and refugees without this kind of shit to add fuel to the fire.

I do believe in one conspiracy though. There was a conspiracy by religious extremists to hijack airliners and crash them into significant buildings in the US with the goal of making the yanks so petrified (moreso) of the outside world that they would spend huge amounts of money, devoted all there energy on war

I know you're going for cinematic, which the music works for, but I think you should create alt version of these without music. Have more ambient sounds and some crazy screaming/crying people. Just please remind viewers that it's not real so they don't freak out.

@TheFakingHoaxer in case your not aware of it, the bridge was built on either side of the harbour and was connected years after.. therefore it is more than believeble if you've seen the older pics. not bad but kinda freaky considering i live 3 mins away from it all

When the Sydney Harbour Bridge was being built the arches were restrained by steel cables anchored into the north and south shores. Once the arch was joined and became self supporting the cables were removed, they were in fact sent to Brisbane and used as suspension cables for a bridge being built there. Since the cables were removed the arch can stand only if it is complete.

Nice vid, but you totally FAILED on the bridge. A span bridge that is severed like that would immediately collapse into the bay. You should have shown it collapsed into the water. Other than that pretty good. Plus, release the 9/11 video man, come on...

Considering how thoroughly awesome your work is, here's my (I hope constructive) complaint: The shaky cam looks phony, overwrought and intentional, and the color saturation, while rich and pretty, doesn't resemble a home cam. It's too vibrant, takes me out of the moment. Other than that, your work is genius.

However I have to agree re: the dirty lens. Real dirty lens blobs are generally out of focus.
another problem: I feel the jiggly footage is too jiggly. If you watch real amateur footage it's a little jiggly, yes, but mainly it's characterized by almost nothing happening in the shot. You're going pretty Hollywood with the crash-zooms, etc.
