  • aliens?

  • Excelent work!! You are a dead set legend.

  • If this was a scene from an actual film, it would be phenominal! wow.. good work!

  • What the hell happened was it like a epic attack from the air or what AMAZING CGI!!

  • oh, for the people who do not get the point of my comment, that bridge would def. collapse if it was demaged like that.

  • @twentyinchsoul Bridges like this are designed and engineered to withstand half to half anti-collapsing architecture. To insure evacuation of the majority of people. Although, in about 2hours of an incident like so, it would indeed collapse. Get you facts together before you go spilling out false accusations...

  • @MrBookAnswer

just chill man! I gave an advice to a layman in constuction. Since I'm a trained and former professional construction manager and now a trained and professional structural designer I can say it was a professional adwise.

And since the bridge would collapse, as you said it yourself, there's no point in going mad mr wisenheimer.

  • All the effects are super convincing, no question about that. But for a person who knows either structural analysis or just has a little experience in any other field in the construction business, pictures like the one around 1:25 are def. an illusion killer. I noticed that problem in several other vids of yours. Besides that, great work. Keep it up

  • very good man. nice work, looked very real.

  • Being my home city.. that actually sent huge chills down my spine.. exceptional work!

  • wow looks so real

  • Awesome! Really well done!!

  • This is really good!

  • I think that a meteor shower could cause this much widespread damage. Excellent work!

  • great job :) i'll watch this before playing crysis 2

  • My VERY far-fetched idea: Aliens. The green stuff on some of the buildings is a gas that poisons people (Like War of the Worlds). The blood splatters on the camera at 1:11 is because the camera guy inhaled the gas and his stomach exploded (like Cloverfield). The destroyed buildings are the alien's weapon effects.

    :D Lol.

  • I think you videos are terrific keep them comming

  • I thought it would be a meteor shower or something like that...wow...so sad.

  • EXCELLENT work......

  • dude, i live in Sydney :0

  • @mrvendetor SAME :D

  • great video! but just one thing i noticed.. the sydney opera house's "stylish" roof is build in concrete, you made it look like fabric, or metal at the best :)

  • Oh no! The Stay Puft Marshmellow Man has attacked again!

  • @gothicblackrose Oh! Stay Puft... It all makes sense now... that fat bastard! Bill Murray we need you!

  • This is great! The only think I don't like is the blood splats on the camera lens. It doesn't seem very realistic and they probably wouldn't show footage like that on the news anyway.

But other than that excellent job!

  • nice work, i see you get alot of attention \/ \/ \/

  • Using audio commentary from the Air Marshals speech wasn't a good idea. Also as Sydney is a major city wouldn't there be major news coverage and not amateur footage of the "incident".. Everything looked believable til the Opera house, not good CGI there...

  • I find the idea good in principle but using Air Marshal Houston's speech about dead Australian soldiers, made primarily for the ears of the soldiers' families, IS OFFENSIVE. These men gave their lives in a foreign country - it's not fitting that defence command's attempt to express the pain of their loss should be trivialised by putting it here.

Really, you should be a little more respectful.

I do think you're very talented but using such audio is misguided at best, offensive at worst.

  • cool

  • yay! sydney sucked anyway

  • @JiminyKracker Actually, Sydney is the greatest city IN THE WORLD bitch!

  • @angel55676 lol, which bit? The southwest is a ghetto that will prob be under sharia in 50 years. Or the other extreme, being famous because a bunch of AIDS-ridden faggots march down a street once a year. Which part of Sydney do you recommend?

  • Comment removed

  • @JiminyKracker ...But is still nice. Mind you, this is FAR from a complete summary of Sydney city.

I luv Sydney with a passion, and nothing u can say can change that.

When will Australians stop bickering about who hsa the best city; and come 2 realise that we all live in the greatest country on Earth.

    Cheers :)

  • @angel55676 OK, the West has a lot a really bad suburbs such as Mt. Druitt and St. Mary's, and the South-West is horrible. Redfern near the centre is pretty awful too.

But every city has horrible parts. New York, so much glamour, and yet look at the Bronx and Brooklyn.

In Sydney, the North & North-West suburbs are beautiful and a lot of rich people, and for anyone moving to Sydney, East suburbs have a lot of fun youth culture, South suburbs are kinda plain but till nice...

  • @angel55676 So where's a good place to party then? (preferably near a beach if possible). Manly?

  • @JiminyKracker Dunno, not a party animal really.

  • @angel55676 haha, I like the comment you removed :p

Yeah I agree, I don't bicker about which is the best city. I live in Melb but I hate that place too. I mean, like you say, it's got it's charms like any other city, but urban sprawl and bumper to bumper traffic hold little appeal for me. Plus there's the winter... Gimme a beachside town in Northern NSW any day ;)

And yeah Oz is great, but the govt seems to be trying their best to screw that up for us.

  • @JiminyKracker Yeah, no matter how much I love Sydney, I HATE the traffic.

  • Frankly I didn't find the damage big enough to warrant the supposed drama. And the bridge was a deal breaker. It just looked really fake.

  • @PeterHBne1 That was the point.

  • Mate that is Brilliant!!!!

So cant wait to see more!

  • @peterhbne1. No Sydney is good for it. Lol. Just keep it down south.

  • @johnpr666 Yep - here in Brisbane we do this stuff every day to anything worth keeping. No need for unspoken disasters.

  • woah dude looks so legit

  • Maybe Israel zionists practicing war games ha

  • It should have been Melbourne.

  • i didn't get the blood squirting thing on the left side of the cam

other than that, is it me or does the narative sound sounds abit like Rudd? o_O

  • Wow this guy should be CGI'ing for blockbuster's . Really talented !! Do Melbourne please lol .

  • Well done. Its really cool.

  • would have been a good pr angle to tie that to "tomorow when the war began" movie that just came out. freaked out my dad when he saw me watching it. nice!

  • I think this video is meant to illustrate what Labor will do to the country with another term and 'stab ya in the back' Jules at the helm....

  • @needlenardlenoo What Labor will do? Your an ignorant moron... what did the liberal government do when they were in power compared to what the Labor government is doing. Keep your crap opinion to yourself

  • The CBD looks like Claymore

  • Well done, reminds me of 'District 9' footage.

    Keep up the good work!

  • See what happens when you open the borders to Zombie Asteroids!

  • Freaking amazing work, mate. I live about 2 hours from all this and when I travel down to the CBD next, I'll be remembering this video.

  • @miltonhatchling Get over yourself fuckwit

  • @miltonhatchling... go read the article properly you stupid fucker..it was made in the uk by a british guy...

  • @miltonhatchling i get embarrased when my fellow aussies try to be like the yanks. and i find yanks embarrasing too. you have that gung-ho attitude and you try to dominate the world under the guise of "helping" countries. you are basically a big dumb clumsy kid that overthrows governments and then shakes them down for their money & resources afterwards and you stupid cunts put everything on the credit card then wonder why ur in so much debt. idiots.

  • @conin76

and this is whats wrong with the world people putting a whole group in one context, as in stereotyping Wars won't stop and people won't stop hating and problems will keep going and people will keep getting hurt with people who think this way, you should not judge everyone just by the action of a few, thats the mistake many made, its the reason most wars are started, why 'civilized' man took slavery on the 'savage' how about you shut up and learn truth before you try to say stupid stuff

  • @sonicspeedx13 and you dont? you let it happen. if you wana believe all the fake shit that your gov tells you about reasons to go to war, you are just as guilty. deep in your heart, you know im right.

  • The news bar and the sound of photos being taken gives it credibility.

  • Loved it. Well done.

  • Julia will save us.

  • @zubree Rangas to the Rescue!!!

  • I can't Believe that they used the press conference of the Chief of the Australian Defence Force and the Australian Defence Minster, of the notifications to the rest of the country about our latest Diggers that had died on the front line. How about using something original and showing some respect. It is all good and well creating a video as such like this one, but please be original about it because families are still mourning the brave soldiers that were killed.

  • @TheRegregan Jesus christ. what do people think the serving members of the defence force in the combat and security sector do for a living? hand out fucking candy or something. Its sad yes but they know what they signed up for. I have a friend in 2CDO and I assure you they all want to be over there doing their job. Shooting dune coons. The people of Australia need to realise what "war" is. And realise that the soldiers want to be there and dont want armchair commandos bitching about it.

  • you have a sick twisted mind, i think you may seriously need some phsycological help

  • Shudder . . . . so errie. Nice job!

  • thats soooo kooll!!!

  • Its pretty good, but at the same time its seriously morbid. Why would you want to see this kind of thing...?

  • I was there, true story bro

  • Damn you Godzilla! Stay in Japan.

  • below average from me. i used to draw ruins like that at high school. now what you need to do is get an imagination worth something. Sad allright

  • Centrepoint tower has other buildings in view & in this vid it has nothing but blue sky in back ground & trees in forground LMFAO.. & shit house camera work. it's no surprise that us Aussies didn't believe in this crap vid LMFAO... & to everyone else who says the coat hanger aka bridge would have collapsed in the "bay", sorry to burst ya bubble, but it aint a "bay"..its known as & is called Sydney Harbor.....

  • @AussieSBTFloyd You obviosuly are not the brightest spark in the engine are you?

lets start from teh beginning so the creator of this video does not have to deal with idiots like you.

    1. The camera is pointing up towards the centre point tower, it is not eye level or looking down at it. If it WAS looking at it as you would when you are ground level then yes, there would be buildings behind.

  • @AussieSBTFloyd

    2. There was no "camera work". All of the "video" was simply pictures. The effects added were just fine.

    3. I am an aussie, no i did NOT believe in this video because i am, shall i say smart enough to realise and understand that this is not meant to make us think our beloved city has been destroyed. The creator simply wanted you to see what it would look like, and leave the rest up to your imagination.

    And finally

    4. If you want to be respected, feel free to spell correctly

  • I've always wanted to do something like this but more towards as it happened all in 3D. It'd have civilians and soldiers in Central station trying to evacuate via trains and defending the station from what ever. Great work!!!

  • im probably taking this out of context, but the use of a press statement for the dialogue which is to do with several diggers dying in Afghanistan is not a cool thing to do, mabye cut out the dialogue dude, not cool...

  • I'm not sure, I ddin't think it was that special. The cgi was technically good, but the video as a production didn't do much for me.

  • Good work.

  • This is awesome. ^_^

    So realistic. :D

  • Wow... just looking at the scope of the damage done. Ship listing in the Harbor, the bridge broken and the opera house ripped to shreds.... alot more than just a mere terrorist attack. It is the level of damage that you'd expect from an Air Attack from a Flight of Fighter/Bombers, but not quite as much as a whole Squadron. But, you have to consider the media lockdown and no discernable mention of a foe. Can't rule out Aliens :D

  • This is really good...a little too good. I feel gutted and I know its fake lol! Great work

  • Great work, it looks so realistic! Though i would be shattered if this really did happen to Sydney as it is my favourite city, even though im Victorian lol!

  • nice cgi - very well done. shitty camera work tho - did you give the camera to your grandpa with parkinsons disease :)

  • @gameboy1971 It was meant to look amateur.

  • Too bad the video is shitty and glitchy and it's like a 13-year-old girl is holding the camera. I couldn't watch it.

  • meteor strike?

  • Dear TFH I hope all is well and that you are hard at work on the Mystery of the forest lights, or the Loch Ness productions. I eagerly look for new videos each day from you I am afraid to admit :) - I hope you are off making money and will soon thrill us videophiles again before too long .....

  • Inspired by then. It's pretty obvious that the damage invokes a perception of a terrorist attack.

  • @MrAjfish Maybe to you. I saw post-apocalyptica. Just because your mind's warped, doesn't mean everyone elses is.

  • @pughparkour

and bankrupt themselves thereby seeding the self destruction of the US. It seems to have worked. How's that for a conspiracy for you?

  • @MrAjfish I never said it was a terrorist attack.

  • @TheFakingHoaxer At first I thought it was, but the level of destruction points more to either Australia at war and under attack, or an alien attack.

  • @MrAjfish if you studied the evidence supporting the conspiracy theorists you wouldnt call him a nut so fast!

  • @punji73

Yes. Yes I have and yes I do

What particular evidence to which do you refer? If you're go and tell me to look at Loose Change, I have seen it and it's complete rubbish.

I do believe in one conspiracy though. There was a conspiracy by religious extremists to hijack airliners and crash them into significant buildings in the US with the goal of making the yanks so petrified (moreso) of the outside world that they would spend huge amounts of money, devoted all there energy on war

  • @MrAjfish You're an idiot, I notice you didn't apologise for your assumption,

  • @Bananaandapples2008

Why should I apologise for the assumption. He admitted to being a conspiracy nutcase on his channel and the vid envokes Sept 11. You can't seriously say it doesn't unless you're delusional. Are you delusional?

  • @MrAjfish You are confirming you assume things.

That makes you delusional you bickering fool.

  • @MrAjfish it was a meter shower.

  • @mattstorm360

    Sure.. sure it was.

  • Great work! Just one question.. where do you get all the audio recordings from? Movies?

  • @cheadessolupa thanks, real news audio.

  • @cheadessolupa it's a speech about aussie soldiers killed in afganistan.

  • @cheadessolupa from an announcement from the Defence Minister John Faulkner reporting on casualties of Australian soldiers in Afghanistan.

  • @YTZackJones Who left Canberra after Rudd became a pin cushion. :P

  • I have the BEST IDEA for you:

RIOT at the FIFA World Cup 2010 Final.

    100's Killed!

    Car's on FIRE!

    ARMED POLICE!

    That would be 'The Best'.

  • TFH, I swear you and Manbird have the best CGI videos out there.

  • how did this happen. im confused

  • Looks like Vegeta got pissed and shot up the place.

  • Amazing.

  • Love your videos! You do awesome work with this stuff.

When you did this video, did you have a specific disaster in mind to try and replicate?

  • @moverton Not really but I knew I'd leave it a mystery so that the viewer would be left wondering.

  • This is absolutely amazing!!! i love this and keep making more videos. I beg of you!

  • oh god the horror.

  • Excellent work! Love looking at all your projects. Keep making more!

  • I know you're going for cinematic, which the music works for, but I think you should create alt version of these without music. Have more ambient sounds and some crazy screaming/crying people. Just please remind viewers that it's not real so they don't freak out.

  • Nanobots seem to the only logical explanation. There's no smoke, no fire. No People come to think of it. It's almost as if something simply ate away at the city.

  • Stunning...absolutely amazing.

  • Roland Emmerich needs to hire you for his next disaster film, you'd save him a ton on special effects.

  • Great video! I am from Australia and that looked cool! although if you made the bridge in the bay that would have been better. 7 news? You should have done 10 News but overall Well Done!

  • I'd love to do some voice over work for you...

  • @Haseri8 if you have some spare time, send me some examples.

  • Is The Sydney Incident real?

  • @ragecage1000 Have you heard on the news anywhere that Sydney has been destroyed? No? The answer to your question is yes, but nobody wanted to report it.

  • @ragecage1000 no. the person who made this video is called the faking hoaxer. he creates really realistic hoaxes of UFO sightings and accidents/destruction. this is NOT real at all, just very well made.

  • Should have left part of the bridge arch connected: it doesn't look believable just hanging in space like that. Or collapse it into the water...

  • @werdnativ agreed.

  • @werdnativ Agreed, this put me right back in reality.

  • @werdnativ Agreed.

  • @TheFakingHoaxer in case your not aware of it, the bridge was built on either side of the harbour and was connected years after.. therefore it is more than believeble if you've seen the older pics. not bad but kinda freaky considering i live 3 mins away from it all

  • @TheFakingHoaxer

    but what is the "incident"?

ur videos are amazing, man :)

  • Comment removed

  • @kujotk

When the Sydney Harbour Bridge was being built the arches were restrained by steel cables anchored into the north and south shores. Once the arch was joined and became self supporting the cables were removed, they were in fact sent to Brisbane and used as suspension cables for a bridge being built there. Since the cables were removed the arch can stand only if it is complete.

  • @anfnifarr sorry yes now I remember back in school civics class now, you are right, i'll remove my other post

  • @werdnativ the bridge was actually built coming from either end and met in the middle though. so it did take the weight during construction.

  • @robbie523940

Cables took the weight. They aren't there anymore.

  • @werdnativ

actually that's exactly what would happen. If you look at how it was originally constructed, it was built from both sides & hung there like that until both ends finally met in the middle

  • @werdnativ nah it was built like that

  • Great job again man :)

  • Is looks so real and so scary.. Good WORK!!! A+

  • this deserves a sequal video!

  • AWESOME!!!

  • LOL

  • Nice vid, but you totally FAILED on the bridge. A span bridge that is severed like that would immediately collapse into the bay. You should have shown it collapsed into the water. Other than that pretty good. Plus, release the 9/11 video man, come on...

  • @file83

^ He pretty much took the words right out of my mouth.

  • This just in, crysis 2 taking place in Australia.

  • Great work!

  • Obviously it's a government plot. What else could it be?

  • Considering how thoroughly awesome your work is, here's my (I hope constructive) complaint: The shaky cam looks phony, overwrought and intentional, and the color saturation, while rich and pretty, doesn't resemble a home cam. It's too vibrant, takes me out of the moment. Other than that, your work is genius.

  • you are a genius. im assuming there was either a major natural disaster. or a war broke out in this. my guess, but this is still amazingly done.

  • wtf happened!!! my grandma lives over ther!

  • @Terrorizer321 haha you know its fake right-his name is "TheFakingHoaxer"

  • Alien invasion

  • Your camera shake could do a bit better with a bit more roll to it.

  • seriously, everyone of your videos that you put out are amazing. keep up the good work.

  • Damn Kryptonians - smacking each other around in Australia...

  • Great job on this one man, really authentic-looking. I am desperate to know where you get your music from, like exactly which composers and such, but if you'd rather not share, that's ok.

  • Looks great!

    I like the tipped-over boat!

However I have to agree re: the dirty lens. Real dirty lens blobs are generally out of focus.

another problem: I feel the jiggly footage is too jiggly. If you watch real amateur footage it's a little jiggly, yes, but mainly it's characterized by almost nothing happening in the shot. You're going pretty Hollywood with the crash-zooms, etc.

  • IS THIS REAL! SHIT I GOTTA PHONE MY FAMILY!!

    WHY WASN'T THIS ON BBC?

  • @remyworldpeace really?
