  • Does anyone recognize the voice of the spokesman in these old Rambler commercials? It sounds to me like David Janssen.

  • @OldcarsNmusic I love David Janssen from the Fugitive and O'Hara US Treasury....and Harry O....TV shows.....I don't think this is him......maybe a similiar voice....

  • In 1966, Fairlane went to dual reservoir master cylinders. And optional disc brakes. But they still stopped like crap. No different than most US cars of the period.

  • The Rambler Classic actually outsold the Ford Fairlane in 1965. But I think that was the last and only year that it did.
