My fav garlic is this stuff I sometimes get at the Korean store. It's just garlic bulbs in this soy sauce kind of juice and it's SO good. It takes out that pungeant punch but still keeps the flavor while incooperating the soy sauce and sugar. So good.
@DeeArrVoorhees Eating it raw is okay, but becareful eating too much. Not only gives you bad breath and body odor. But it can thin your blood, causing malaise and fainting spells.
it is emeril who always gets applause whenever he adds garlic to his dishes right? he should've been the challenger if garlic was the theme ingredient.
on his show the audience would applaud everytime he adds garlic.... if he would be on iron chef with garlic theme, the audience might not stop clapping. :D

I like garlic, but I don't know how people can eat it whole and raw. My nephew does it!

garlic goes well with just about everything. Even cooking garlic with fruit's good when done properly.
