Seriously, this cat thinks that its the dominant male. Its going to continually assert itself and beat you up and grow more neurotic, thinking of you as its punchbag.

Dominant cats, when fighting to assume dominance, grip the other cat on the back of the head. Do this... wear VERY strong gloves- and just hold him there, calmly.... Repeat... repeat... speak reassuringly and non agressively... then give him tuna. He'll eventually associate being submissive with tasty things.
Your sister should reprimand him though, (vocally) because he likely views her as being dominant over him. So when he attacks you, she gets him to stop... Otherwise, you'll remain his kitty scratching post :-(
@TheSpartacat Sadly, it's not so simple, more a man is dominant, more a cat dislikes it.... The only solution is the one I gave. It will take time, but it's a solution that I experienced at home, following the advices of behavorial cat specialists. A dominant cat is absolutely not an issue, the issue comes when the cat thinks that you are a danger. Most people are dominated by their cat, in fact, more a cat is loving with us, more we are low in his hierarchy :)

He's lived with us for 4 years now and even though we do our best not to scare him he still wont trust us - he was previously stray for a time though and we have no idea about his background before he started turning up in ourr garden. Mmmmh... Ok... This cat is afraid of you and thinks that you have hostile intentions. First, don't look her into eyes, don't stare at her, always screw up your eyes when you look at her (in cat language, it means "I have only friendly intentions, Im not your enemy), then, turn away your gaze. And ignore her, totally, do not pay attention. Make a positive association when you meet her, give her some food she likes, then, leave the room. Do that for weeks. Good luck!

@tonyfipz I disagree. In 99% of all cases I would say you're right. However there are sometimes when you look at it like this. You can either have the cat euthanized or have the cat declawed. I would rather the tips of my fingers cut off than be put down. That's just my personal opinion though. My cousin had a cat who sent him to the hospital because the cat freaks out when someone is coughing heavily or puking. He had the flu one night and ended up having to get stitches because of the cat.
@cjmkael I think what she's getting at is that the cat is intimidated by the strange device being pointed at her. She doesn't know what it's going to do, or what it is, she definitely knows it's not natural. Animals (and people) will sometimes respond negatively to things they don't understand. My cat hates motorcycle helmets. If you're walking around the house with one on, she'll hiss and flee from you.
i do not know if this will help you for sure or not but this is a guess for how to help you with this problem
wear thick long sleeved clothing for protection and next time the cat acts aggressively towards you just completely ignore it. do not react to anything it does and sashimi may leave you alone. if the situation does get too serious have your sister intervene.

This cat feels threatened by you. Try talking to a vet, and looking online for ways you can help this can feel more calm around you.
Stop filming the cat as well, this is part of the problem. Also, get the cat de-clawed. So when it does attack, it can't dig it's nails into you
