  • the master of less is more. pure genius

  • Awesome! what more can you say...

  • Love u my brother

  • All the heart is still there - the magic still exists.

    The touch, phrasing and soul.

    Outstanding.

    Lots of love from me.

  • Greeny is just great.

  • The timing in his phrases is a major part of his uniqueness. Great post thanks.

  • @fieldfullofthistles

Yes, I agree, it's his timing, phrasing and subtlety that make him unique.

He's also in total control. Watch how he turns to face the amp, coaxing a hint of feedback out of it when he needs more sustain. Fascinating. A master at work!

  • he needs the overdriven marshall and les paul

  • @nunestunes I reckon he could play this piece on virtually any guitar / amp combination and it would still sound fantastic.

I actually prefer this version to the original recording from the sixties. It's more mellow and played with even more feeling.

  • @PlayMoreBlues well he does everything with such great feeling but i love the feedback elongated notes

  • @PlayMoreBlues How could you know he played it with more feeling, do you have his sense spots in his fingers connected to your brains? :P

  • Too short the first note :( He is so sad!!!

  • I'm glad he's alive , and still playing.!

  • Awesome

  • He may have lost some stuff, but he will never lose that touch!

  • Lovely to see him up and enjoying himself after all he's been through in his life,Bless you mate.

  • nicel !
