I can't stand people who point out that spiders are arachnids, not insects. It's the same people who say "Frankenstein was the creator, not the monster" but the fact is that saying "Frankenstein's monster" all the time makes you sound like a douchebag and if you called it "the Creature", like it was in the original stories, nobody would know what you were talking about.

The fact is that spiders are insect-like things that are killed by insecticides. That's close enough, pedantic people!
