Pacquiao outlanded Marq on those close rounds and it looked like Marq gave away Rounds 11 & 12. Go watch Rounds 1, 3 6, & 9-12 to see if Pac won those rounds.

FACT #1: People are use to seeing opponents being KILLED whenever its a Pacquiao fight. THAT IS EXPECTED. CASE CLOSED. So if the fight DID NOT go as expected, not to mention a close fight, its but natural for "US" to favor the underdog. That my friends is called "human nature".
FACT #2: Going in this fight, Pacquiao is the CHAMPION. As a CHALLENGER it is Marquez's job to take the belt from him DECISIVELY, which CLEARLY WAS NOT THE CASE AS WE ALL AGREE THAT IT IS A CLOSE FIGHT. WINNER PACQUIAO!

I dont like Marquez style, he's not the typical mexican boxer; aggressive and always moving forward never backing down, yet, he did his fight smart counter-punching. I even saw a post-fight round by round analysis on a show, Manny was exposed, bad.

Manny will definitely go in the under dog and Mayweather looks like he will win the fight with ease but if Manny would win what the hell will that mean? What will all you heaters say? @ThePeoplesSociety HEY STUPID ASS, The punch stats are determined by two idiots watching their respective fighter and hitting four buttons on a computer. You don't think these two people can be biased? I gave Manny 3 rounds just for the benefit of a doubt. 1 round was early in the fight. it was close but manny had the edge then right before the bell JMM landed a big right hand and stole it back. the other 2 was near the end and I still had JMM winning them. I could argue JMM 12 PAC 0

Here is an example of how the HBO commentator's sounded during every round of the fight: Lampley: Marquez just landed a 3 punch combo! A jab! Another Jab! And I allways had respect for Stewart, NOT ANY MORE you sellout! Lewis was robbed with the first Holyfield fight and awarded him the second fight which Holyfield dominated! @rosarae Just because your hiding behind the screen don't mean you should start getting over confidently braver then your usual self. I have agreed that Marquez won this fight on points. When Manny throws his punches there so fast that they look like there connecting but they didn't. Manny stole it by looking the busiest, bringing it to Marquez and by Marquez being to content in the later rounds. What made the judges minds up was the manner of the challengers performance.

Honestly the sport needed him to win in order for the big pay day of him and mayweather. It was a shame. The only way Marquez could've won was by KO. He was fighting against 3 people saturday night. First of all you didn't watch the fight carefully, even though I'm filipino I'd say that it should be a draw. Marquez threw more solid punches to Pacquiao but Pacquiao threw more punches that didn't look like a solid puches because if you look carefully at Marquez's face you'll see how red it is...... And finally for my opinion Pacquiao didn't take this fight seriously because he wants Mayweather to see it and think that Mayweather would be able to beat him.... and I think that's his strategy...

Any boxing fan knows you can't blame the boxer for the judges decision. Most of the time, the judges will ultimately decide the winner of a match, and often times the decision will be controversial.
If anyone has an issue with the results of the fight you need to blame the judges.
My deepest respect goes out to one the greatest boxers to grace the ring, RIP Joe Frazier.

first off i gotta give it to jmm fo his heart and taking it up with manny like that. i thought jmm won too but after watchin the replay for like 6 times now for me it was a draw. if you thought manny aint gettin it through to jmm watch closely with slow mo and look at jmm face its swollen like a bee sting. i had it draw bcoz jmm had cleaner and better punches but manny took it for havin more punches throwned and landed.. peace!
