This video I think symbolises the term "get thee behind me Satan". The apple represents the fruit of knowledge of good and evil (whatever that means), the snake is obviously Satan and I think the White Horse is God (or goodness). It's nice to see a band represent the conquering of evil for once rather than making evil seem fashionable.
